By downloading, installing, or using the MyAspire App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ('Terms'). By using this App, you acknowledge and agree to seek further assurance and validation from the concerned Department within Aspire Zone Foundation regarding any details, clarifications, or confirmations related to employment matters, corporate services, policies, or any other relevant issues to ensure that all information are accurate and applicable to your specific situation. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions also implies your understanding and accepting the limitations of the AI chatbot.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.
The App is intended to provide different Employee services and AI chatbot functionality to employees of Aspire Zone Foundation. It is not intended for use by any other individuals or entities. Unauthorized access, misuse of the App or sharing of information with non-employees or on public forums or social media by any means such like such screenshots or is prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
Your use of the App is subject to Aspire Zone Foundation employee's confidentiality and privacy obligations.
The App and all content contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of Aspire Zone Foundation or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the App without the prior written permission of the Aspire Zone Foundation.
The App is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aspire Zone Foundation does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
The AI chatbot feature of the App (Rally) is designed solely to assist users by providing automated responses based on available data and it is not a substitute for official guidance or documentation. While efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information presented, however Aspire Zone Foundation does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by the AI and it is important to verify and validate all details with AZF concerned departments Human Resources (HR) department. The information provided by the AI should not be relied upon for any critical decision-making, and users are encouraged, for any clarifications, confirmations, or official records regarding employment matters, corporate services, policies, or any other relevant issues to consult the concerned departments HR department directly for advice on matters requiring professional judgment.
In no event shall Aspire Zone Foundation be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Aspire Zone Foundation shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the AI chatbot feature (Rally), including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, discrepancies or omissions in the information provided by the AI. Users acknowledge that the AI is intended to assist and should not be solely relied upon for critical or professional decisions. Employees are ultimately responsible for verifying important information independently.
Aspire Zone Foundation may terminate your use of the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices. The termination of your use of the App does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar. Aspire Zone Foundation reserves the right to pursue its rights or remedies outside the State of Qatar in the courts of any other competent jurisdiction consider.
Aspire Zone Foundation may modify or update these Terms at any time. The employees will be notified of material changes or updates to Terms and Conditions as appropriate. Any changes or updates to these Terms will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes or updates have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified or updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified or updated Terms, you will need to stop using the APP by deleting your account.

The AI chatbot, Rally, is an automated tool designed to assist employees by providing information and responses based on available data. The chatbot may not always provide correct or up-to-date information. Any advice or recommendations made by the chatbot are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice. Employees should consult with the appropriate department or professional for any important decisions. Aspire Zone Foundation is not liable for any damages or consequences resulting from the use of the chatbot's information.
Aspire Zone Foundation will implement and maintain robust technical, security and organizational measures to ensure the security and protection of all data collected, accessed and processed through MyAspire App in compliance with applicable data protection laws. However, employees are responsible for safeguarding access to the App on their personal devices and maintaining their own login credentials and any personal information stored on their devices.
Employees must follow best practices for device security, such as enabling secure lock screens, using strong passwords, configuring device tracking, and enabling remote wiping features to protect corporate and personal data in case of loss or theft.
In the event of a lost or stolen device, it is the employee's responsibility to promptly implement security measures, such as remote device locking or wiping, to prevent unauthorized access to Aspire Zone Foundation data. Employees must also notify Aspire Zone Foundation IT department immediately. Failure to take these security measures or report the loss promptly could result in personal liability for any data breach or misuse.
The App may integrate with third-party services, such as data storage or cloud services. Aspire Zone Foundation is not responsible for the content, performance, or policies of these third-party services. By using the App, you acknowledge that any third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions, which may be different from the terms governing the use of the App.
